However, when .gov creates strong economic incentives not to work, it is not crazy to want to stop pulling the cart and decide to ride on it for a while.

It may not be crazy but it is selfish, immoral, despicable and disrespectful of one's fellow citizens who continued to pull the cart for them.

I will continue to pull my own cart and I hope to have these lazy bums who have been getting pulled behind it decouple from it at this time. Thank you.
