She has violated her Hippocratic Oath. Working in a hospital gives her protection that we others don’t have.
If the common phrase "First, do no harm" is part of the oath, then I'd say they've pretty much all violated it.

Smokers,the obese, diabetics, AIDS patients? Most people don’t follow your orders Von Helga so why the discrimination with just one group?
