I got it in mid March 2020 too, and nobody was testing in AZ unless you were hospitalized. Even then, the tests had to be sent to the CDC to get the results. Ppl forget how different things were back then. I’ve never gotten Covid since, nor have I had a cold since 2018. I’ve also never had the flu so I’ve never gotten a flu shot, even at 67. However, I HAVE had bronchitis approximately 4-6 times in my adult life, while hubby has never developed bronchitis. Ppl are different, so it shouldn’t be surprising that their immune systems are different too.

I DID get an antibody test last month at Fry’s (Kroger) which was negative. However, I was warned by the technician that it would be negative since it had been 17 months since I had the virus. I’m planning on getting a T cell test the next time I see my doctor.

Yes, the antibody tests are notoriously inaccurate. And the COVID antibodies decrease significantly over time. The TCell test is proving to be much more accurate, and Tcells don’t decay like antibodies. You can order the test online. Very easy. They schedule a lab for you to go have your blood drawn.
