So the FBI would 'miss' the obvious: the intentional organizing of a commie shadow government in the US. It's as if someone figured out how to have the FBI focusing on finding one elusive theoretical mastermind 'lone wolf' behind 'the philosophy of bank theft' while real bank thefts were going through the ceiling...
