“Mortal sin” doesn’t register with Bidet. He thinks if he goes to mass once in a while he’s fine.

My hunch is that he’s really an atheist who goes through the motions to gain the votes of squishy Catholics.

Why would he think that was a mortal sin? The Vatican agrees with him and does not excommunicate him. If the Church would find it’s moral compass, and publicly excommunicate he, Pelosi, Newsome and many others... they would find unbelievable success, power and growth when people saw them as not being wishy washy.
