Wow! The Constitution of the USA is dead.
He knew these judges are Nazis, just looking for an excuse to lock him back up. It was dumb to use the net. Yes, it was an unconstitutional order but these courts don’t care about that. If they have the power to do it they’ll do it. Regardless of whether they have the right to do it.
“Caught using the internet” is the 21st century equivalent to “caught reading”. If the defendant watched a movie on Netflix or made a phone call while connected to a WiFi network, he’s “using the internet”. Good grief what a f’ng mess this country has become.

How can a defendant be expected to prepare their defense if they cannot access the internet?
Not a lawyer, but if you are out on bail or on probation, you have to follow judges’ instructions. The judges can be as reasonable or unreasonable as they wish. You basically have no rights. Don’t associate with certain individuals, don’t shack up with your girlfriend, don’t drink alcohol, etc. etc.—all have to be obeyed. The alternative is jail/prison where access to girlfriends, alcohol and the internet are also restricted.
These days how can you not use the internet?
Black lives matter domestic terrorists get caught committing actual violent crimes against people and they ddon’t face the crap these peaceful protestors have faced
