Yes. and particularly there are less choices. Also of note certain stuff (in my case a variety of Monster) is notably absent or hard to get. Even through Amazon, my usual source. Bread is the only thing I haven’t really seen shortages of.

By me (Michigan) - I noted that was exactly what was almost empty. I bought bags of dried beans and rice because of it.

Approximately 3-4 years ago, my local Walmart did a makeover, and they stopped carrying a lot of the brand named products they used to offer. They have been pushing their own Great Value brand. I used to be able to buy the small DAK canned hams there, but they now only offer their own brand. If I wanted the DAK, I had to purchase it from them online, and I had to buy a 3-Pack. Thankfully they last a while, because it's only me here.
