Dogs are great judges of character, and the fact that pretty much every dog you wrote about appears to dislike you tells me all I want to know about the situation.
I don’t trust anyone that doesn’t like dogs.
Dogs don’t scatter a neighbor’s garbage can, crap in his yard or kill someone’s chickens a half mile away because they don’t like me. They don’t chase my cats when they have never seen me because they don’t like me. Dogs that have never seen me don’t crap in my yard because they don’t like me.
People have dumped their unwanted dogs out here for 30 years. Those dogs don’t root in everyone’s trash cans because they don’t like me, they don’t chase kids on bicycles, kill chickens or crap in every yard in the neighborhood because they don’t like someone they’ve never seen.
