Any approved drug can be used off label to treat anything a doctor and a patient decide to use it for. For example, HCQ is frequently used to treat arthritis but it wasn’t approved for that.
Ivermectin is an approved drug by the FDA to be used to treat humans. The gubermint hacks can stuff it
