Ransomnote, any advice on the best source for NAC and glutathione as well as dosage we should take?

Thank you for the kind words.
It looks like it's not a good idea to buy over-the-counter glutathione, but instead purchase a supplement like NAC to help your body make glutathione, and eat foods that help your body produce glutathione.
There seems to be a shell game with actual glutathione supplements - the stomach acid destroys them but companies will sell them to you any way? Glutathione 'works' when administered via IV (prescription - infusion). I read posts from people who wanted to skip going to infusion centers so they tried the over the counter capsules, but after a few months gave up because it didn't raise their levels.
There are modern technologies that supposedly help glutathione supplements make it to your cells without being destroyed in the stomach's acid, but those 'new! improved!' claims sound like the same technology being used on us in vaccines (lipid nanocapsules) or something like that.
So NAC is getting harder to find but it's still around. Biden is having NAC pulled off the shelves after 55+ years of safe over the counter use.
I forget some of the places I've seen it so I keep linking Swanson's brand here:
When I went to fetch the link, the promo said 25% off today.
They seem mainstream.
