He can still read- and the mswm carefully monitor what he is sayign and shut down anything that sounds bad- Even the stephanopolis interview, they heavily edited out parts because he was obviously off in la la land with some of his answers- but you watch some compilations on youtube where he goes off script before the msm can shut it down, and he i clearly sick-
