Hysteria sufferers who get the vaccine overcome their hysteria, drop their precautions and get the flu.
The success of the vaccinations is measured by the number of vaccinated who get the flu.
Herd immunity can be delayed but not avoided.
Makes sense. The immunity created by vaccines is not the same as the immunity created by getting the disease. But both are imperfect and there will be breakthrough cases and reinfections.
