School districts will require federal protection from all the lawsuits they will eventually face over these harmful practices. One kid dies and the family sues and wins a big settlement and the floodgates will open. Insurance carriers won’t be able to pay and all it will take is for one court to deny school board members indemnity from being sued personally. Go get ‘em!
