The vaccines are shipped with lots of Dry Ice.
When Dry Ice mixes with certain things is can be bad……..might be why Hazmat and Governor notified.
It’s just dry ice...I can’t see what could possibly present a hazard.
It's inert, which is why it is used commercially.
