As of August 15, 2021, 68% of COVID patients admitted to hospital in the U.K. who were over the age of 50 had received one or two doses of COVID injections. By mid-August, 59% of serious cases in Israel were also among those who had received two COVID injections, mirroring U.K. data
Only in the 50 and younger category were a majority, 74%, of British COVID patients unvaccinated. Those claiming we’re in a pandemic of the unvaccinated fail to differentiate between age groups
The same applies to COVID deaths in the U.K. Unvaccinated make up the majority of deaths only in the under-50 age group. In the over-50 group, the clear majority, 70%, are either partially or fully “vaccinated”

As you can see, as of August 15, 2021, 58% of COVID patients admitted to hospital who were over the age of 50 had actually received two doses of COVID injections and 10% had received one dose. So, partially or fully “vaccinated” individuals made up 68% of hospitalizations.

It’s difficult to evaluate the info in your charts here. For example, consider England, hospital admissions, aged 50 and over, 31% for unvac, 58% for both doses. If 90% of the over 50 population had both doses, then both doses reduced the chance of hospitalization. If 10% of the population was unvac, then their chance of hospitalization was increased. Note that a vaccine should probably be better at changing the odds than this to be considered successful.
For the under 50 group, it’s likely that the vaccination rate is lower, so we’d expect the hospital admissions to be higher for the unvac and lower for both doses.

I consider my brother as CoVid-vaccine-hesitant. He paid the ultimate price in the most horrible of ways for his hesitancy.
I wish for others not to have to go through the last 2 weeks that my family has, which is why I have spoken up.
I do believe we each have the right to choose, but I do want others to be informed. In his tiny little town in central Florida, there were 180 CoVid patients in his hospital. He had to wait for 12 hours to be given a room. My sister-in-law was immediately sent home upon the diagnosis.
She has plainly stated to me that if she knew she would never get to kiss her husband again, or even see him face to face again, she would have nursed him at home until he departed. Being alone to fight such a horrible virus took whatever fight he had in him away.
It’s taken days for me to come to grips with this. I go back to what I have often said. Viruses gonna virus. We have to know that it may be our time when this virus comes for us. For others, it might not be, but for some of us, just as cancer or a car accident can give the final blow, so may this virus.

It will be interesting to see what happens when the third shot is given in Israel. If the side effects get worse with each shot, it will be difficult to hide. Not that they won’t try.
Also interesting that it’s hard to get stats on vaccinated/unvaccinated for cases, hospitalizations and death.
Also interesting that besides the radio barrage for vaccines, they’ve recently added billboards. At the risk of giving them ideas, at least they’re not texting.

If they really were interested in the truth about all of this they’d be collecting data about =everything=. This could =easily= be the most documented ‘pandemic’ ever in history. With the tools at our disposal, it would put the 1918 ‘pandemic’ to shame in that department.
We now know, thanks to research by our very own NIH, and Phauci the plandemic shill for big pharma, that most of the people who died during the 1918 flu season (at least in America), died from respiratory infections brought on by excessive mask wearing.

I am so very sorry for your loss. One of the most criminal actions to come out of this whole covid thing, is the lack of early treatment.
My in laws both got it a few weeks ago, one vax’d one not. Both were told to go home until they could not breathe. This is absolutely unacceptable imho.
My aunt and uncle both got vaccinated, my aunt had a stroke, my uncle a heart attack. Thankfully my aunt survived her stroke, unfortunately my uncle did not survive his heart attack. We laid him to rest a few months ago.
One of the worse parts, is that those that are hospitalized do not get to see their loved ones. If it is their time, they are doomed to spend the remainder of their days without loving family members by their side. It is a horrific thought, and I believe inhumane in a very criminal sense.

Because it proves the vaccine is working. The article itself says 6x to 13x, but even if we go with 13x, it still proves the vaccine is preventing hospitalizations and preventing death - even against a stronger variant than last year.
If we look at the predictions of the CDC, in their little 2019 chart of risk of hospitalization and death from Wuhan wild covid, compared to 20yo’ds,
those over 50 were 4x more likely to be hospitalized, 35x more likely to die;
those over 65 were 6x more likely to be hospitalized and 95x more likely to die; and
those over 75 were 15x more likely to be hospitalized and 230x more likely to die.
So if we’re down to 6-13x reinfected but the hospitalization and death rates have tanked, that’s pretty darn good !

Johnson is outperforming pfitzer across the board, at least equal to Moderna against Delta, and, has proven results against VOC whereas phitzer is having to roll out a ‘variant specific’ bonus round after their booster. Johnson doesn’t seem that weak a link in comparison:
