A private employer can hire or fire whomever he wants, and for any reason, is that what you’re saying?

Also, if I refuse the covid vaccine, does that make me an “antivaxxer”?

I have never once suggested that vaccine should be mandatory — while I think refusing the vaccine is a bad choice, I think that is entirely your prerogative. I think being educated and knowing how to procure monoclonals should you get sick is a valid approach if you do not want the vaccine

In an at will state — which most are — a PRIVATE employer is permitted to exercise his or her will which is dispositive. By the same means, the employee is at will and can walk away with little or no warning — so yes, I believe a private contract can exist in which an employers will should and legally is grounds for employment. The only rules are you cannot violate the federally prohibited Title IX prohibitions.

So yes, I believe in the freedom of an employee and an employer to enter an agreement at will. It is easy when you agree with it — but now so much when you do not..
