Example of transmission tower that is down in the NO area. A lot of the smaller distribution poles/substations,etc have damage also

Amazing picture—the logistics of replacing those things (especially in current conditions) boggles the mind.

If they have mandatory vaxx requirements for utility workers it could be months before N.O. has power.
