It's actually you that's displaying your ignorance. The initial test was marketed by the CDC, they developed and sold it because there was nothing else out there. I'm sure they had someone produce the reagents, but it was actually distributed by the CDC. Covid has been with us for over a year and a half now, there are multiple tests commercially available that work better so they're discontinuing it. It is always challenging to correspond with someone whose opinions are 100% molded by leftist organizations. Your characterization could not be more inaccurate. The emergency use authorization is being discontinued and after the first of the year PCR testing that does not include tests for the flu will no longer be allowed. This extraordinary step would not have been taken if the original protocol did not have a massive false positive issue which misidentified the flu as covid for millions of people. If you had the ability to comprehend the links from the CDC itself that I attached this would be very obvious to you.
