Is there something wrong with American culture? Why is it that countries around the world continue to reject the American way of living? We saw this most recently in the Taliban’s wholesale takeover of Afghanistan just a few days after American troops left the ground.
Think about it for a second: After 20 years of America attempting to push American values onto the nation, it disappeared in less than a week. Trillions of dollars and countless lives lost to spread a culture that the Afghan people did not even want.
Let’s look at our culture and why it may not be so appealing to others. America has become the modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah whereby sexual immorality, laziness and divisiveness are taking over. We have people like the Kardashians who became famous because of a sex tape. We have transgender and homosexual people imposing their will and identity on children as young as preschool age. The NFL is even playing two national anthems before each game. Is this what other countries want?
Middle Eastern countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, Turkey and Lebanon are more traditional societies. Take for example the feminist movement in America; there is nothing wrong with pushing feminism in the U.S. However, it is completely foreign to people living in the Middle East. I am not even just talking about the men either; the women also do not like the raging white feminism that is so pervasive in American society. Recognizing this, it should be no surprise that our way of living was resoundingly rejected.
We have lost our identity. Our military used to be revered the world over, but now it is so enthralled in diversity training and identity politics that it has forgotten its mission. Defending America from forces abroad does not equate to teaching our troops about gender roles and transgenderism.
Where did all of this come from? Why did we allow it to happen? It appears to me that America has been completely blindsided by the current state of affairs.
Tell me – do you think the people of Afghanistan care about transgenderism? Or would people in Iraq care about being cancelled? It is all utter nonsense if you ask me.
We must remember that America is a very young country relative to the rest of the world. The cultures and identities of countries like those in the Middle East have developed and molded over centuries. In many cases thousands of years. The truth is, what makes us think we are so special to push our relatively new values on the rest of the world? In short, we are not so special. We may feel that we are, but all we have done is angered our neighbours and allies alike. Worse, our enemies. It is similar to the new kid at school trying to force their way to the top, pushing everyone aside. While they may thrive in the first few months, very quickly their new style will rub many the wrong way, and sooner rather than later, they will be ostracized. That is what is happening to America today – we are becoming ostracized from the rest of the world.
The great American experiment is failing before our eyes. The worst part is that we are doing it to ourselves. It is not like China, Russia or another adversary fought us in battle and left us weak in the field. In complete contrast, we have pulled one another apart from the inside. No one with differing opinions can ever sit together. Is this a society worth sharing with the world? Is this the type of society that the rest of the world even wants?
If our leaders wish to push debauchery here, we are the ones set to suffer. It surprises me little that the rest of the world has no interest in suffering with us. You would not want what we have either; that says something about our nation.
So? We reject theirs’. And theirs’ has been around a lot longer and they accept it. Wasn’t it why people left it starting in the 1600’s and they are still coming today for the same reasons that they are not accepting it? And as long as they do not try to change our way, they can add to the country. If not send them back.

WE did not do this. The communist Democrats and their oligarch financiers did it for their own selfish reasons. Those of us who have tried to push back and reverse course have been marginalized because there is a vast imbalance of political, educational and financial power in this country. Nearly all of it tilts left.
Muslims reject Christian culture.

They reject everyone and when there are no infidels left, they eat each other alive.
He answered his own question. First off, they have their own cultures. Secondly, what passes as American culture these days, the mass culture, is a problem for a lot of Americans, such as myself. I remember seeing a commercial for the Grammy Awards, and it looked like a street scene I ran into one night when I first moved to Chicago and made a wrong turn and got lost. I still don’t know exactly where I was, but the memory makes the hair stand up on my neck. Fortunately, Americans who care about real culture still have a choice in what they will accept and how they live. I am a student of our history, I know how our system is supposed to work, I go to a traditional church, I read our great works of literature (mostly by dead white men, but also by some dead white women or dead people of color), I listen to music that I like, and I watch TV shows and movies that don’t embarrass me or make me want to wretch. I love the countryside, the small towns where people still live mostly healthy lives, and the other places where the light is still burning.
I teach in adult education and work with immigrants exclusively. Most of them are from more traditional societies and are more socially-conservative. I try to give them an education in what I consider the best of American culture. I find that they are more in tune with what American culture was than what it currently is.
Being “woke” is nothing but rejection of traditional American culture.
Multiculturalism and feminism only benefits Islam, the enemy of Christ, and the enemy of Freedom
It’s not American culture being rejected. American culture doesn’t exist any more and the new socialism culture that has taken its place is not attractive to people living under socialism which is pretty much everyone in the entire world.
That’s NOT Anmerican culture. It’s secular aocialist globalist culture.
American Culture is too broad a term. He means the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution. Trying to force people in other countries to accept those rights is stupid. They live in dark-age tyranny, and know nothing else. Don’t try to make them civilized.
Instead, make the USA a genuine place of individual liberty and freedoms, a place where one is free to be any religion one wants (including Christian), where no one is demonized for being any particular race, where one is able to say what one thinks without being banned or fired. It has been creeping away from that ideal for the past 50 years. Make it truly a land of liberty, and keep anyone OUT who won’t accept that.
Lock the borders and concentrate on restoring our culture to its original ideal. No more sending Americans to attempt to turn savages into civilized beings.
Why should anyone adopt the culture of a hostile occupying force?
“American culture” means what we export, not what we remember from growing up here.

Before the fall of the Soviet Union, they would show American wild west movies and told the viewers that was how Americans lived. Shooting each other in the streets.
The world's perception of the USA is largely from our movies. No wonder they despise us.
Because just like US, we/they don’t accept the LGBTQXYZ agenda being forced down our throats.
We accept that ALL LIVES matter but WHITE libs don’t.
We KNOW there is no way in hell 80M voted for the resident so the world sees that the US is no better than any other banana republic.
We/they KNOW the jabs/masks are just Tyranny and nothing else as they are worthless and useless.
From afar the world can see that the Dem/Lib/commie party is hell bent on destroying the most wonderful country in the world.
