Not the same supplement
That product is Acetyl-L Carnitine, not the N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine you want. Common mistake.
That is NOT N-Acetyl-Cysteine. L-Carnitine is NOT Cysteine the amino acid.
Your keyword Sort on Amazon. is a re-sort done by Amazon marketing. Not too clever a sort
N-Acetyl Cysteine.
To the OP... NAC can be had as a script and tablet. It is an amino acid technically, altered by the position of the Nitrogen on the central portion of the molecule. Hence the N-Acetyl (it has N on the Acetyl group of the Cysteine molecule. Cysteine is an amino acid— which is available as a supplement on its own as a L-Cysteine— the LEFT stereoisomer of Cysteine).
Put your hands up and look at the left and the right as they face you-—one way to explain what a “stereo isomer” is. They are different but have similar mirror image structures which would be different if floating around in solution... etc.
That is NOT N-A-C/NAC....that link is for A-L-C....different product.
That is the wrong one. It is Doesn’t have the “N” on front of it. Explained in the answer to question #3.
It is totally different, won’t work the same way.
You are getting N-Acetyl-Cysteine mixed up with Acetyl-L-Carnitine which has altogether different properties. It is a good idea to always properly identify what you reading or writing!! As sometimes one item may help you while another one sounding very similar may be detrimental to your health.
your link is to the wrong substance
That’s n acetylene carnatine. Not the same thing.
