He is saying that the blood antibody level after getting an injection declines too quickly. If the starting antibody level was equal to natural immunity, the injection would become ineffective in weeks. The injection produces an extremely high starting antibody level, which makes the protection last a few more weeks.

Since one cannot get boosters 3 times a year due to side effects, the protection will only last this year.

In addition to TTFX’s comment, it also means that not only is there no ‘memory’ conferred to a subject’s immune system, that subsequently required ‘boosters’ may compound harm with each shot (ever more prevalent risk of injury or death)...

...all with the knowledge of Pfizer et al.

I use the term ‘subject’ intentionally: Nuremberg comes to mind much more frequently these days...

...yet Fauci’s new push for jabs in CHILDREN continues unabated...the ONE demographic almost entirely unaffected by this virus.

Heinous, criminal...pick your term. I never believed that I’d live to see such a scenario.
