If the effectiveness of the shot wears off after 6 months, would that mean the ADE would not be as bad for someone getting the shots back then, as compared to the response in someone who had gotten the shots more recently?

Generally if ADE occurs at all it is for all the money. Never heard of a mild or moderate ADE episode. Maybe think of it as the cytokines having an on/off switch — no in-between.

I think so.

Antibodies might help a mutation. If there is no antibody, no antibody helps it.
