Which is why the FDA said that Comirnaty and the current Pfizer shot under EUA can be issued interchangeably. For giving them to people, they are supposedly the exact same thing.

BUT, if you say that Moderna/JnJ should lose their EUAs now that there's an "approved" treatment, well, then Comirnity is definitely different and there's none available so yea...

They can say that all they want but they,are LEGALLY distinctly different. And the old stuff is still under the EUA.

It’s a total bait and switch.
