Last year, for a brief while individual municipalities were starting to do the mask thing, but there was no state-wide notice. I was prepared to drive from Phoenix to Cave Creek if need be. Then it went statewide and my planb was aborted. I spent the next months going maskless finding friend or foe.
This time, I have a list of stores, restaurants and professionals who didn’t impose that silly piece of non-legislation on us. I have also figured out that the local police have no interest in enforcing such an executive order, though they might enforce “trespassing” or “disorderly conduct”. The difference is now I know where I am wanted.
It's also nice to know where your money isn't wanted.
Same here. I kinda know what stores will enforce it and which wont. Though as of now I can jut drive a few miles to a town without a mandate.
I also saw a TV interview with a restaurant owner who was supportive of these mandates, will kindly supply a mask to patron to wear from the door to the table if they don’t have one and talked about how it’s just for a short period of time etc. However in the mandate, the Health Dept never said what metrics need to be met to remove said mandate. Masks first, which will lead to capacity restrictions, etc when that doesn’t work, etc. Get woke, go broke.
