I think the CCP has vials in the Whuan lab labeled Covid19 - D, Covid19 - L, Covid19 - M, etc.

A new variant will be released every time people stop being afraid.

No, just the virus continually re-inventing itself with every new inoculation that is given. The vaccines are causing the variants.
