I am not sure what 'telemed' means and I don't think I need 'preventive' meds - don't much believe in them for the most part; taking meds prophylactically can allow a disease to build up a tolerance. If I get CoViD I know the cures generally. Of course, the problem is whether the medical people can or will provide the cures; in Fla I hope that is no problem.
