I’d be truly interested in seeing that list of things NOT to do before taking the jab. If I am ever forced, I’ll do all of them.
Don't really think such a list exists, so I put in the search term "how to make your COVID-19 vaccination more effective"" in DDG, and came up with a bunch of articles, of which one could do the exact opposite.
I couldn't choose just one because outside of not taking pain killers each article had slightly different dos and don'ts, and everyone needs to determine what important to them. For example, one article says "Get a good night sleep", and I'd be like "Put another pot of coffee on, I'm up all night" while another freeper would say, "this won't work for me, I need my sleep" and discount the rest of the article. And so it goes.
