I am a bit nervous about melatonin;

When I take more than a few mg of melatonin, I literally have dreams about purple dragons. Not that that's a bad thing.

When I took it, was more like general anesthetic that had only 50% kicked in. Like I was going to fall on my face. Was the tiniest dose imaginable.

It may be because you are niacin deficient.
