I especially need the horse paste dose translated into 12 mg. human tablets.

Standard dose is 0.2 mg/kg. If you're 50 kg (110 lb), then you need 50 times 0.2 mg, or 10 mg, for a dose. A 12 mg pill would be good up to 60 kg, or 132 lb.

Ah, but I now see that people are talking about higher doses (0.4 mg/kg instead of 0.2 mg/kg). In that case, take TWO 12 mg tabs. If you’re much heavier than 132 lb, take three.

Aha, thank you. I wonder if ivermetin tabs are as weight specific as horse paste?
