The credibility of this report I find highly questionable. The operational intelligence on ISIS-K that we would have to have to be able to identify the "planner" of the bombing attack is tantamount to having someone sitting in the planning mission taking notes and then letting us know all the details. And to have the resources available to carry out the "kill mission" within 72 hours of the event itself? Really? More likely it was a drone belonging to one of our spook agencies and they waxed someone who was inconvenient to the new Taliban leadership in Afghanistan as a "favor" in the hopes we can ask for something in return in the future.
