Do you get paid for the time you spend in all that training?
I don’t know if I would get paid. As an adjunct, so far I’ve been able to duck the “required” indoctrination that they push onto full-time faculty. There will be a time they require it of me and my negotiated contract will have to reflect that time wasted.
