It is not just disrespect for authority that is the problem.
The bigger problem is the unequal treatment that those who disrespect authority receive for their actions.
The Col. Vindman response was he was permitted to retire with all benefits, however Ltc Scheller is kicked out immediately. He only has 17 year in so he is going to loose his benefits.
This unequal treatment does as much as anything to create disrespect for authority. What say you to that.
Had you seen the latest on Vindman who contended that if Trump had been impeached, there “would have been 600,000 more Americans walking around today” (COVID deaths). That is full-blown psychosis, I think even MSM is going to try to hide him after that.
Soldiers are not supposed to make public statements criticizing their leadership, but when Trump was president, it was encouraged and celebrated. All bets are off and there is absolutely no credibility in government whatsoever. When the rules are ignored the outcome is in no one’s control.
