The question is, “Were the fake (or illegal or duplicates) counted?” In my state, each ballot is checked against the signature on file that the voter presented when registering. If it is not a legal vote, it is not counted. I can almost guarantee you that every state does the same type of thing.
I ran for statewide office twice, so am somewhat familiar with how things work.
Saw a video today. It apparently featured some people from the "Cyber Ninjas" giving a preliminary report on their findings to some members of the Arizona Legislature.
It appears that "Yes", a lot of fake and illegal ballots were counted.
