The RAT party in CA and other states haven't just figured out how to "harvest" and "create" votes, they've made it a science - as 2020 has shown.
As far as I know, no state has investigated, prosectued or jailed a single person associated with the 2020 steal. As far as I know, no state has made any meaningful changes to their election laws and procedures that would serve to reduce or stop voter fraud!
Unless we soon see 2020 election fraud criminals prosecuted and jailed; unless states now make drastic changes to their current voter laws and procedures - we will see 2020 repeated in 2022, 2024 and beyond!
