I believe that - Trump was set to be re-elected before the Wuhan virus. This gave the Democrats the opportunity to push for mail-in ballots in mass.

I believe you are exactly right about this. The Chinese sent 1000s of plane flights from Wuhan to destinations all over the world after the virus was released. This was a plan, not an accident. The Chinese are guilty in this matter as are some Americans who provided the expertise and funding.
