Heck we still have Session's supporters here that believe the Constitution still means something. The latest court decision about regulation from Biden Administration that prevented renters from being evicted for nonpayment only garner 6 out of nine votes to overturn and that decision also ignored the taking of private property illegally.
Constitution be damned. All Supreme Court decisions anymore seem to be political with out regard to the Constitution.
