Here is their technicality, Does not meet legal definition of supplement because it was approved as a drug in 1963.
Apparently it cures certain ailments and possible anti-covid.
A drug company is apparently coming out with a newly tested version which successfully treats a disease and does not want people getting it cheaply on the open market.
