I would direct Ms. Waters attention to a document known as “The Constitution” if she is at all familiar with it. The SCOTUS has ruled on this issue. If she even attempts to grasp the import of a Supreme Court decision, she might realize that checks and balances are an essential part of our Republican/Democracy. Her legislation is unconstitutional. Will she realize this? She won’t.

The headline is a blatant lie, I don’t believe MadMax can sign her name let alone write a bill. It should read Maxine Waters staff have told her that they wrote a bill and she needs to submit it.
