These two quotes sound like what someone has told him to think about what he did. A Self Hypnosis of some type, where a repeated mantra helps you to believe your own lies.
No real ‘Hero” ever needs to preen his feathers like that.
If you are a true ‘Hero’ this is what people say to you, you do not tell them how great you think you are. That sounds arrogant, presumptious and even delusional.
Gotta be tough to hear the man who executed your unarmed wife say he considers himself a hero for killing her. What an unbelievable thing to claim. No warning. No commands. She probably never even saw him.
Hero? Saved lives? Pictures of him just before the shooting showed the house chamber had already been evacuated. I’m sure it was a high stress moment, but to call yourself a hero for shooting an unarmed woman?
I wouldn’t even classify her as a burglar, she owned that building as well all do. We pay for it everyday, the upkeep, the electric, the employees. What gets me is he shot her when she had the capital police right behind her.

What infuriates me exponentially about this is the huge number of people (primarily on the Left, but some on our side too) who don’t give a damn at best, and at worst, approve of what that SOB, saying she shouldn’t have been there.
