**** The Indian government approved limited use of Ivermectin for mild cases and HCQ to healthcare workers exposed to Covid patients just as the delta wave peaked, with no research studies to support their decision.****

There is plenty of research to support the efficacy of ivermectin, much of which was available before India used it. https://ivmmeta.com/

**** This is in line with American drug maker Merck’s statement that they found...****

Merck has teamed up with Pfizer for a new drug to fight covid https://news.yahoo.com/pfizer-starts-dosing-patients-oral-121106516.html

The new drug they are producing is a protease inhibitor just like ivermectin.

Pfizer covid pill protease inhibitor:

Ivermectin protease inhibitor: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/labs/pmc/articles/PMC7996102/

Why would Pfizer, Merck et al, make a new drug that works just like ivermectin when one already exist? Because there is no money to be made in ivermectin as it’s patent expired in 1996.
