My husband is the biggest skeptic in the world regarding medicine. He is extremely health conscious and never takes pills including supplements.
I sent him some of the the links regarding ivermectin that I posted above and he decided to start taking ivermectin prophylactically. I was shocked.
I am still trying to get him to take Vitamin D and zinc though.
Good for him (and you!!)
I’m much like your husband, but decided to get on a prophylactic regimen because I have no interest in taking any of the so called “vaccines” .
A week ago this last Monday we had dinner with a friend who two days later was diagnosed with covid. I had been using Ivermectin weekly, but then I upped my dosage to every other day as a precaution. So far, so good. I’m using the horse pasted kind, and mix it with applesauce.
Tell him he will enjoy the benefits of Zinc
I am still trying to get him to take Vitamin D and zinc though.
If one supplement has bad effects, he might be more reluctant in the future.
Milk and meat contain zinc. I think zinc supplements might irritate the intestine.
If he gets about 5 minutes of sunlight on his arms three days per week, he might have a good level of vitamin d.
For a long time, people in cold countries took 10 micrograms of vitamin d per day. If one takes it, I think that’s a good amount.
