With the billions we spent, we should’ve just retreated to Bagram and kept the strategic base. At the very least it should’ve been the last point of exit for the US military, now they’re scrambling out of an unstable airport surrounded by the Taliban/ISIS in Kabul. Absurd how badly the Biden Administration f***ed up the whole withdrawal.
