One of the biggest problems our society has is we are so polarized we automatically politicize all information and view it from political biases and preconceptions. It is like we have all been Pavlovian conditioned to respond trigger words and then turn our brains off. The idea that people can have reasonable disagreements is being lost.
As soon as someone sees a trigger word in the title or start of a article, their belief about the content is set, no matter the content. Left-wing mainstream news did this a lot over the last four years. Right after Trump was mentioned, a full Orwellian two minute hate often followed. That also made articles impossible to read except for the rage the author wanted to create.
