Just because the media didn't want to cover it doesn't mean they were silent.
They both have to be concerned with not becoming the story -- they don't want to appear to be making it all about themselves -- but for pete's sake don't assume that because you didn't bother to look for what they had to say they therefore must have said nothing.
Who cares what they say, they aren’t going to do a damn thing about it.
