Clancey the World's Dumb Cop gets Alzheimer's

The U.S. has held the role of the world's Cop since the time of our great-grandparents. No one in living memory has any other expectation. And now, the unanimous decision of the 2,100 billionaire Oligarchs to turn NYC into Mogadishu, as personified by our Alzheimer in Chief, is being remarked on with dismay, by world leaders, commentators world-wide, and ordinary people everywhere.

A Bobby On Every Street Corner--yell "Police", instantly, the sound of running feet and the sound of a soft, shrill whistle blowing. A commonplace in Sherlock Holmes movies and t.v. shows, that goes some ways to explaining why the UK is such a docile police state, is the normal expectation, regardless of what decade the show was produced, that in London, there's a Bobby within earshot, at any place in town, at any time of the day or night.

Think about it: Can you think of a comparable expectation in any movie about America, produced at any time, from the 1950s to the present--since the breakup of East Coast ethnic enclaves with their teeming street masses perched on door stoops, with the move out to the suburbs?

In London fog, you would just open your window, yell "Police", you wouldn't have to wait for a neighbor to phone the Cops (exclusive of Kitty Genovese's neighbors in 1964 Queens NYC), you would just wait to hear the sound of running footsteps rather than the distant wail of police sirens, because Clancy the Cop was always just around the corner.

The current equivalent in the London of today, are Closed Circuit TV Cameras. "Research by CCTV.co.uk concludes that in London there is now 1 CCTV Camera for every 13 people, meaning there are now 691,000 CCTV Cameras in London (2020/21) London is often called the CCTV capital of the world, and for good reason." - How many CCTV Cameras are there in London?

(How they manage the issue of listening for the sound of someone yelling out the window, is another matter. Even if there were 1 human monitor for every 25 cameras, the din of auditing that many cameras would be unmanageable.)

The world consciousness of itself as a unified entity, abortive in the League of Nations and, with the United Nations in 1946, at least on its feet if on shaky ground, has been replaced by something that some character named Charles Schwab has declared to be "The Great Reset".

Ordinary people are not The Masters of the Universe, not even the highly educated, not even in the dystopian European Union. They didn't consent to the overthrow of the normal world order, even if Clancy the American Cop is roundly opposed in the Muslim World, Russia or China, even if he's despised by all of the smart set in every world capitol.

It's still the expectation, that if you get out of hand, in the opinion of the Rockefellers, the Bushes, the Gates' or the Buffetts, that Clancy is going to be coming after you to knock you upside the head and drag you down to the Pokey.

Now that Clancy has had to announce his cognitive decline, the Masters of Davos haven't yet done their outreach to explain to us all, who is going to be the new Cop.

Who will they nominate and confirm? President Xi, with his live organ harvesting of Falun Gong religious dissidents and ethnic cleansing of Uigurs, which we are expected to accept as long as we get our next generation of I-Phone and the next fashion release of Nike's?

Have they really thought it all out? Are they really in control?

It's like the NSI recording everything. There is too much to digest, so they save it all. But get on their radar and "Hmmm... let's see what he's been doing..."
