I think running across me may be your salvation. Since you (obviously) refuse to take advantage of the city or county mental health resources available to you, you will never meet somebody who will tell you about yourself, which is the only way to confront the monsters in your head, head on.
And that's the only way you'll heal.
And I won't even charge you the shiny nickel. Consider it a community service.
