Big companies would rather “pay the vig” to credit card companies than have their employees steal cash. Sad.
If they manage to illuminate cash in America be prepared for people to start paying for things with foreign currency and metal ingots.
I went to a drive thru yesterday and my order was $3.61. I gave the guy at the window three one dollar bills, two quarters, a dime and a penny. It took him a full ten minutes to figure out what that totaled to.
The young don’t see any problem with that, the dummies.
That's mainly due to COVID. But now that they've found they can be cashless and people don't complain then I wouldn't be surprise if they keep it up after COVID subsides.
Debit or Credit cards are here and will be for a while. Just
like at the gas station, put card in, give it your ID # and
fill up. The format may change but the process is here. Go
thru line at the grocery store, same process. Cashless is the
wave of the future.
