We still have a land line at home because we do not get cell service at our house. I only can use my cell phone over wifi at home. So, we keep a land line.

The problem with electronic books is they can be modified. Could you trust an electronic Bible without a paper Bible.

“Passenger Trains”

Have you ever been to Europe?
Everyone in Europe travels by train. Same in Japan.
It is much easier to travel between cities than to an airport.

What Amtrack needs to do is get rid of all train routes except the Northeast corridor from Boston to Washington.

I went to a drive thru yesterday and my order was $3.61. I gave the guy at the window three one dollar bills, two quarters, a dime and a penny. It took him a full ten minutes to figure out what that totaled to.

Network television is all owned by the same people who own streaming networks. They’re insidious; but then, I’m practically a luddite. (And proud of it!)

When I bought a truck in the early 2000's, I paid extra for a CD player, when I replaced that truck in 2016, a CD player wasn't even offered by the factory.

I thought I would miss it, but with the streaming services, I have actually been able to listen to a wider variety of music.

For me, I think it's improved the experience.

or removed altogether if they become politically incorrect.

It is sad that no one publishes an encyclopedia anymore, wikipedia is just not the same.

My local university bookstore has a machine that will print books on demand for a small fee, I have had several printed from project gutenburg
