You have a rare doctor. Most doctors and people in general are absolutely believing what guys like Fauci are saying, in spite of the fact that the guy is liable to say anything and contradict himself five minutes later.
But the hundreds of freelance amateur "doctors" out there, including a lot of the posters here, absolutely believed and preached that the vaccines would keep you from ever getting COVID. It was one of the big selling points of the media vax pimps.
The only place I’ve heard the claim that the vaccines would keep you from getting COVID were on the internet. I lost my mother in law to COVID, she was 89, and other health issues. It was before any vaccines were available, and it’s even questionable now whether vaccination would have saved her. Her immune system was in such bad shape there is doubt whether it could have been stimulated.
