Yes. It would seem to indicate that a person is 13 times more likely to become infected if unvaccinated. In other words, the vaccine is over 90% effective at preventing infection. Unless the death rates don’t track with infection rates, then the vaccine would also be over 90% effective at preventing deaths.

Reports such as this will help sway me toward getting a third jab. A serious question is why the delta variant hasn’t caused more infections among the vaccinated players. Perhaps the delta crisis has been exaggerated. Gee… Who would want to do that?
